1. Who we are

Form and email choices

When you submit a First Process Review request, you ask GLYFO LABS LLC to review the workflow and email you about that request. The separate marketing checkbox is optional and is not required to submit the form. If you select it, GLYFO may send up to three follow-up emails about that workflow review, including a relevant pilot invitation. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Chat conversation choice

GLYFO stores a chat diagnostic under a random session identifier so you can continue it on the same device. We use the chat only to prepare the diagnostic and, if you separately request it, send your summary and recommended next step by email. Do not enter client names, contact details, passwords, financial information, or other sensitive information. Email and marketing remain separate choices at the end of the conversation.

2. Information we collect

When you submit our First Process Review form, we collect:

• Work email address
• Workflow description and optional industry
• Company, role, and conversation details if you provide them through chat or email
• Technical data such as IP address, browser information, referral source, and approximate network or location data
• Form and email preference records

3. How we use your information

We use the information collected to:

• Review and respond to your First Process Review request
• Schedule and prepare for a requested review
• Send limited commercial follow-up emails only when you select the optional marketing checkbox
• Protect the form, prevent abuse, and operate our website
• Understand our customer base to improve GLYFO
• Comply with legal obligations

4. SMS messaging

The First Process Review form does not request a phone number or SMS consent. If we add an SMS program, we will update this policy and collect the required consent before sending messages.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g. email delivery, SMS aggregators and providers of text message services)
• Analytics providers to understand site usage (anonymized)
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law

We do not share your data with affiliates or unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use shared lead databases or purchased contact lists.
