1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing glyfo.com or submitting the First Process Review form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or submit your information.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Form consent confirms that GLYFO may use submitted information to review the request under our Privacy Policy and Terms.

2. About the service

GLYFO LABS LLC helps businesses turn real business problems into working AI systems. Submitting a First Process Review request asks us to review a potential engagement. It does not create a services contract or guarantee that GLYFO will accept the work.

3. First Process Review terms

By submitting a First Process Review request:

• You confirm the information you submit is accurate and complete.
• You ask GLYFO LABS LLC to contact you at the email address you provide about this request.
• You understand that submitting a request does not guarantee an engagement with GLYFO.

4. SMS terms

The First Process Review form does not collect phone numbers or SMS consent. If GLYFO launches an SMS program, the following terms will apply only after the required consent is collected:

• Transactional SMS: If you check the transactional consent box for a future SMS program, GLYFO LABS LLC may send messages related to an active request or engagement. Message frequency may vary. Message and Data rates may apply.
• Marketing SMS: If you separately check the marketing consent box, GLYFO LABS LLC may send you promotional messages including product updates and special offers. Message frequency may vary. Message and Data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent to that number.
• Help: Reply HELP to any SMS for assistance, or contact hello@mail.glyfo.com.
• No third-party sharing: Your phone number and SMS consent data will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Email communications

We use email to respond to your First Process Review request. Commercial follow-up emails are separate and are sent only if you select the optional marketing checkbox on the form. You can unsubscribe from commercial emails at any time. See our Privacy Notice for details.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of GLYFO LABS LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GLYFO LABS LLC does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLYFO LABS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or submission of your information.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
