1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing glyfo.com or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or submit your information. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

2. About the service

GLYFO LABS LLC ("GLYFO", "we", "us") operates Mesh, an AI-powered customer operations platform for B2B businesses. This website is currently in a pre-launch phase. Submitting your information registers your interest in early access. It does not constitute a contract for services, and does not guarantee access to the Mesh platform.

3. Waitlist terms

By joining the waitlist:

• You confirm the information you submit is accurate and complete.
• You understand that your spot on the waitlist is not transferable.
• You understand that GLYFO LABS LLC may contact you at the email and/or phone number you provide to manage your waitlist spot.
• You understand that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Mesh.

4. SMS terms

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages, the following terms apply:

• Transactional SMS: If you check the transactional consent box, GLYFO Mesh (GLYFO LABS LLC) may send you messages related to your waitlist spot and early access status. Message frequency may vary. Message and Data rates may apply.
• Marketing SMS: If you separately check the marketing consent box, GLYFO Mesh (GLYFO LABS LLC) may send you promotional messages including product updates and special offers. Message frequency may vary. Message and Data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent to that number.
• Help: Reply HELP to any SMS for assistance, or contact hello@mail.glyfo.com.
• No third-party sharing: Your phone number and SMS consent data will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Email communications

By joining the waitlist and agreeing to transactional communications, you may receive emails from GLYFO Mesh (GLYFO LABS LLC) regarding your waitlist status and early access. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at hello@mail.glyfo.com.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of GLYFO LABS LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GLYFO LABS LLC does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLYFO LABS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or submission of your information.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
